IFF launched the Development program in 2006 in order to support and develop the organisation and the activities of the member associations.
| The Development Program Seminar is built on three different blocks, one for Organisation, one for Coaching and one for Refereeing all aiming to give additional knowledge in these fields to the associations and assist them in planning and managing the development in their respective country. The seminar is an event consisting of theoretical lectures, practical training sessions, group works and hand-on training and observation. |

presently employed by the education department of the canton of Bern,
President of the Swiss Floorball federation 2000 - 2005
a long experience in working with referees, press and organisations
Is in charge of the the development function in IFF, anti-doping and the international relations
John Liljelund- IFF secretary general
finnish citizen
has a 15 year experience in market research at ACNielsen and 5 years working with the University of Helsinki
presently employed by the IFF 2005 -
IFF vice president 1998 - 2004
Floorball player highest league 1987 - 2002 (FIN/SWE), Coach (Elit Men/Women), National team Women (world champion 1999 and 2001), Men U19 coach 2003 (world champion)
Responsible for marketing, material and TV contacts in IFF.
