Tournament venue Mulgrave School, sprang to life in September 1993 with a vision to create a new independent, non-denominational school on the North Shore. In April this year, the BCFF Directors Greg Beaudin and Blair Zimmerman had the pleasure of introducing Floorball to the students.
As part of Tournament day we are thrilled to report that a large number of students at Mulgrave in grades 4, 5 and 6 have signed up to particpate in two special games. The first game at 11:20 will be made up of students in grades 5 and 6 and the second game at 12:40 will feature grades 4 and 5.

It’s very exciting to see the kids are so enthused about playing. We even got a phone call from the shool’s principal asking about start times because he had so many kids anxiously asking!
"I know from putting on the floorball demonstrations what a great group of kids there are," says Blair Zimmerman. "I was impressed with how they picked up on the game and played by the new floorball rules. There are a lot of talented players there." Greg Beaudin added "I was impressed by how the whole class got involved."
The two games on Saturday will be a great opportunity for Students, parents and other spectators to see the energy and excitement that Floorball can offer. Blair Zimmerman said last night, "On Saturday, I want to see if Simon can hit the top corners again! "
